You're in the right place, just not the right page. This sign-up is for practitioners and clinic owners. If you're trying to book an appointment or join a video call, you can search for your practitioner's Jane account here.

It's best if the business owner signs up using their own contact info. That way, we can make sure billing and account ownership are set up properly from the start.

You'll need:

• Access to your business email (to confirm your account)
• A VISA or Mastercard (to open the account — don't worry, you won't be charged until the first business day of May)

Jane bills monthly, in advance, on the first business day of each month.

If you sign up mid-month, your first invoice will be on the first business day of the following month. It will include a pro-rated charge for the rest of the current month, plus your monthly fee for the upcoming month.

For example, if you sign up on July 15, your first invoice on August 1 will include charges for July 15–31, plus your August subscription.
